A meeting of the Sailors will be held at the clubhouse Belmont on Sunday 26th October 2008 after sailing (approx 1600 hours).
1. Fleet format & start sequence
2. For each fleet, Merlin Rocket, GP14, Handicap and Juniors elect the following: Fleet captain, Vice Captain, Record Keeper, Measurer
3. Adoption of RYA “Racing Charter” into the club SI’s (http://www.rya.org.uk/racing/charter)
4. Discussion / feedback on how the club can improve OOD attendances
5. Discussion / feedback on the 2008 series format
6. Discussion on changing OOD points to “average points”
7. Winter series – one-day events or a series starting mid to end January
8. Sailors views on club improvements – help with shore wall
